An appointment the text-back booked and that your prospect actually attended. You don't have to confirm anything: booked appointments count as showed by default. If someone doesn't show, one tap on the automatic reminder marks it, and the same tap starts the rebooking. Every weekly invoice lists each appointment with inquiry, timestamp, and conversation.

Do I control what's written in my name?

Yes, once, during setup. You see the exact wording before it goes live and can change everything. It never quotes prices and never makes binding commitments; it qualifies and books, nothing else.

What if a prospect asks something it can't answer?

It stops and hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. Every conversation lands in your inbox anyway.

Is the texting compliant?
